responsibilities
Overall responsibility for leading and developing Compass’ strategy in line with the charity’s Articles that set out our core purpose and how we are governed. I am line managed by the Chair of the Compass Board of Directors and am delegated responsibility by the Board to oversee the day to day running of the organisation. I also chair the Senior Leadership Team and together we are responsible for delivering on Compass strategic plans and priorities.

I’ve worked for Compass for 25 years in a number of roles; practitioner, team leader, manager and senior leadership. I have led on the design, delivery, and development of Compass CYP services since their inception in 2010.

I live in a small village just outside Loughborough (East Midlands) with my partner Craig, my two teenage children (Mae and Seb) and my three fur babies; Flash, Nala and Violet. I love cooking, reading, watching films and dancing. Since getting Violet (Cavalier King Charles) last year, I do lots of walking and we are now in the process of buying a campervan so we can travel around the UK.
