Connecting and collaborating with partner agencies to deliver ‘joined up’ care is at the centre of what we do.
Working together with professionals from partner agencies is integral to our daily work that underpins achieving: whole person centred care; whole family support; adopting a whole system approach; and whole community cohesion.
Our staff focus on how we do things as well as what we do; drawing on the expertise, skills and knowledge of other professionals to ensure we provide a comprehensive package of care and support. Together with partners, we respond to the holistic needs of people using our services with emphasis on timely, transparent and effective care and communication.
Work with us
Because our services support such a wide range of people across all ages, backgrounds and professions, we naturally work closely with many partner agencies from education, health, social care, criminal justice, employers, private business and local community groups.
