Hi, I am the Assistant Director Operations covering Compass Services in Derbyshire and Birmingham. I started working for Compass in December 2022 when we had just secured the Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) Contract.
My portfolio of services has grown considerably in the last 18 months with the most recent being the Early Implementation and Targeted Support Service in Derbyshire which now comes under the Compass Changing Lives umbrella joint with our MHST.

I joined Compass after 21 years of working for Barnardo’s – as I had worked alongside Compass as a partner previously and liked what I saw. I am a qualified social worker by trade. I live in Derby City and really love walking in the fabulous Derbyshire countryside.

I live with my daughter and our two cats, rescued from Derby Cat Protection.
