I’d not heard of YESvember until I saw a post about it on twitter from The University of Cambridge Primary School (@UniCamPrimSch). A quick google search showed me that the term YESvember has been around for a while, and the month of November has come to be an opportunity for people to approach life more positively. Of course, with the new temporary restrictions, November is likely to be a challenging month for many people, so I feel like a focus on being positive is needed now more than ever. This month, throughout YESvember, say yes to things that make you feel good, say yes to building connections, new opportunities and positive moments. Seek out the good. Say YES to life!
Here are a couple of resources we have made to celebrate YESvember. Hopefully you can join us in our pledge. We would love to hear about how you get on!
Why not Tweet us @Compass_BUZZ and let us know what you have been up to, #YESvember
