We want to give the best possible support to the children, young people, families, schools and other stakeholders we work with in Derby and Derbyshire. For this reason, feedback is really important to us. It lets us know ways we can improve, things we can change, and new ways of doing things that will make the support we offer even better.
Here are just a few examples of changes we made based on feedback, where you told us what you needed, and we listened.

We Did
You didn’t like our logo
We talked to children and young people around Derby and Derbyshire, and many said that they did not like our current logo, and that it did not make them want to access support from us.

We held a logo competition
We invited the children and young people of Derby and Derbyshire to design a new logo for us, and then vote for their favourite. We received loads of entries and votes, and we’re currently using the winners in our rebrand.
Our Welcome Packs needed to be more colourful
We worked with children and young people to develop our Welcome Packs, and we were told that our early drafts were not colourful or visually interesting enough.

We made them more colourful
We used a wider colour palate to make the new editions of our welcome pack, and included more colourful illustrations, to make the packs more visually engaging.
